How did i ever forget about whole chickens?  They do not take that long (45 min.) and taste fabulous for only $3.47, you just can't beat it. :)  I stuffed my chicken with lemons quartered, and rosemary sprigs.  I threw whole cloves of garlic, and chicken broth in the bottom of my roasting pan and rubbed lemon zest, sea salt and whole peppercorns on the skin.  Mmm...
ST. PATRICKS DAY!
I am making a sandwich bar for the ALS teachers with this green bread!
Fun will ensue.
