Did you hear?

My brother got into a car accident.
Here is brother:
It was Thursday March 8.
I was outside washing the car while Jack napped.
Mother came outside and said "Brandon was in an accident, he called and left a message saying he was laying in the middle of the street."
... um...
Then the story unfolded.
First off like i said i was washing the car.  The radio decides to play "Praise you in this Storm."
Okay God, i get it.  You've got this and i need not worry.
Thank you.
Later on after mom and i frantically email all of brothers friends on facebook begging for answers...
We find out Brandon was driving on campus (Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA) around a corner.  Another student was also driving on this same road.  Other driver decides to pass someone in his lane going around said corner at a speed of 60+ mph.  Not cool.  Brother was in the other lane but said driver was in BROTHERS lane going around the corner to pass.  Said driver hit brother and pushed his car back 78 feet.  Brother climbed out of his driver side window and that was about all he had in him.  The ambulance took him to the ER and he had emergency surgery on his shattered knee the next morning.  His knee was in 14 pieces and is now back into one.  We call him Brandon  3.0 :)  My robot brother.
This is one of the pictures of brothers car.  We praise Jesus that he is alive!
Thank you Lord.
Mom and i flew to Lynchburg to try and help brother around for his first few days out of the hospital.
Little did we know we would be outdone by a very cute and lovely girl.
exhibit A
makes you sick doesn't it?  She is adorable while using star wars tongue tattoos!  WHO DOES THAT!?!
(we like her)
Then we pretended we were students...
Well mom IS.
And learned a new game: Mexican Dominos!
Don't play with mom she cheats!
(p.s. this is all while brother is VERY drugged up)
Poor guy.
...AND...the creepy portion of the trip.
This is Jerry Fallwell's house.  That grave right there... yep that's Jerry Fallwell.
I love you Nick but i am NOT burying you in our front yard.
It's creepy.

*Update*
Brandon had his second knee surgery this last Thursday (12th of April).
They originally thought he would need MULTIPLE surgeries.
They went in planning to at least shorten the screws in his knee but possibly replace the entire thing because it wasn't healing correctly.
We prayed.
God answered.
They got in there and the knee had healed perfectly!
Brandon will be able to walk on it in a few weeks!
Praise Jesus!
