So i am apparently FLYING through books these days.

I finished The Pact last night and Handle With Care last week.
Yes, i love Jodi Picoult.
She rocks my world.
I will read Captivating (which i have already read 2x), Blue like Jazz, and Crazy Love(which i have also already read) before i move on to something new

but with the way i am going...
I need some new books.
Any suggestions?

  1. Solomon's Oak by Jo Ann Mapson is really good. It's about a widow who runs a wedding business from her home in California and takes in foster kids. It's definitely a feel good read!

  2. For foodie books you could check out the Omnivore's Dilemma or Skinny Bitch(yes thats really the title). Another good one, not so foodie despite its title is Three Cups of Tea.

  3. I wouldn't recommend Skinny Bitch, it preaches veganity, which is something I know you aren't in to. Seriously, I promise you won't like it.
Try out The Weight of Heaven by Thrity Umrigar or The God of Small Things by Arundhati Roy. Both are heavy on plot and character development, but both will make you cry. Great literature, though.
