2 St. Patrick's Days

but... i apparently don't know how to simmer because my sauce is not thick at all.  oops!

The Second St. Patrick's Day we had

yup, fish n' chips again

and Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes

with Bailey's Ganache and Bailey's frosting

Ice Experiment

I wanted to build Nick his very own Ice cream Bowl... 

Here is how it went:

I cut up two different sized milk cartons

 I put the small one inside the large one using a whole punch and a skewer

Then i filled the gap in between the two cartons with water

 I cut up some star fruit because i thought it would be springy, 

you could use anything, coffee beans, raspberries, mint leaves, sprinkles...

I let it freeze over night and VOILA!  I served up some mango sorbet with vanilla frozen yogurt in a customized ice cream dish
